Spark Education is a reputed institute in Amloh offering IELTS, Spoken English, Study Visa, Work Visa & PR guidance. We are expanding our team and looking for a responsible, confident and well-spoken candidate who can handle IELTS Training + Front Desk Reception duties.

Job Responsibilities

1. IELTS Training

• Teach all IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing & Speaking

• Conduct mock tests, give constructive feedback, and monitor improvement

• Prepare lesson plans and worksheets

• Guide students for exam strategies, time management & practice techniques

• Conduct demo classes for new admissions

• Support Spoken English batches when required

2. Reception & Front Desk Duties

• Greet visitors, students and parents with a professional, friendly attitude

• Handle phone calls, walk-in inquiries, WhatsApp messages, and maintain records

• Assist in student registrations, admissions, fee handling & documentation

• Maintain daily attendance and class schedules

• Coordinate with management regarding student concerns

• Keep the front office organized and presentable

• Provide basic information about courses: IELTS, Spoken English, Study Visa, Work Visa, PR

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills

• Pleasant personality & confident speaking skills

• Minimum IELTS Band 6.5–7 preferred OR strong English background

• Knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp Business / basic computer

• Ability to multitask and manage students professionally

• Experience in teaching or front desk work preferred, but freshers can apply
