• Internship (for Freshers – 3 months training period)

About the Role:
Innovative Future Steps is hiring enthusiastic and committed individuals for the role of IELTS Trainer.
This opportunity is strictly for candidates based in Dehradun. We are not accepting applications from outstation candidates or those looking to relocate.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates currently residing in Dehradun only
• Freshers with strong command of English grammar and communication skills
• Individuals with a passion for teaching and guiding students
• Prior experience in IELTS teaching is an added advantage

Training & Confirmation:

• Freshers will be taken as interns for a 3-month period
• During the internship, candidates will undergo IELTS Train the Trainer (TTT) Program
• On successful completion and performance review, candidates will be offered a confirmed full-time position

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective IELTS training sessions
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Prepare lesson plans and practice materials
• Support students with exam strategies and improvement areas
