IELTS & Speaking Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality training sessions for IELTS (Academic & General) and Spoken English.
• Design, plan, and deliver lessons that improve students’ Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills.
• Prepare customized study plans, practice tests, and mock exams to track students’ progress.
• Provide individual feedback and strategies to help students achieve desired band scores.
• Train students in English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency for effective communication.
• Maintain updated knowledge of IELTS exam patterns, marking criteria, and test formats.
• Motivate and mentor students to build confidence in English speaking and test-taking skills.
• Keep performance records and report students’ progress to the management.
• Contribute to curriculum development, study material creation, and classroom activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
• Prior experience in IELTS training and Spoken English coaching (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong command over English language (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with IELTS exam structure, scoring, and test-taking strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage groups as well as provide one-on-one coaching.
• Certification in IELTS/PTE.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
