About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Deliver Online IELTS Training Across All Modules Teach and assess Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking following WordCraft Academy's structured curriculum. 2. Follow WordCraft's Answer Writing and Speaking Frameworks Ensure consistency in teaching style by applying the academy's proprietary models for essay writing and speaking responses. 3. Track Student Progress and Provide Structured Feedback Evaluate performance, identify improvement areas, and give actionable feedback to help students reach their target bands. 4. Communicate clearly in British, American, or neutral English, using a globally relatable accent and tone suitable for international learners. 5. WordCraft Academy follows a 3-stage interview process that includes: Stage 1: Writing and Speaking Assessment Stage 2: Reading and Listening Demo Teaching Stage 3: Final Interaction and Mock Class Appearing for all stages is mandatory for selection. Ensure a clean teaching setup with stable internet, clear audio/video, and basic familiarity with digital tools like Zoom, Google Docs, and screen-sharing apps. 4. Represent WordCraft professionally in all communications, whether during class, in student chats, or while creating social-facing content.
