Experience in systems hardware, application development, and testing of control systems, including familiarity with industrial communication protocols, system configuration, and cyber-security (desirable). Qualifications for the role 7-12 years of experience and Experience in IEC standards, design, application programming, and project management (desirable). Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in software and hardware design, commissioning, and testing with any DCS, including 800xA (advantageous). Experience in designing, configuring, integrating, and implementing process control solutions for oil & gas, chemical and specialty chemical segments. Ability to develop equipment specifications for projects involving HMIs, DCS systems, and hardware. Knowledge of field instrumentation (sensors, transducers, drives) and working knowledge of interfaces (Profibus, Modbus, OPC, IEC61850, etc.). Strong skills in network engineering, IT developments, and application engineering tools, with the ability to lead a team and manage project deliverables. BE/BTech/Diploma in Engineering (Control and Instrumentation or equivalent).
