Role & responsibilities Have knowledge of the manufacturing process of Core Building & Active Part Assembly. Make standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the manufacturing process starting from Core Building to Active Part Assembly. Monitor and give training based on product and process requirements. Prepare a technical specification of tools & equipment requirements for manufacturing. Measure & define a time standard for all the manufacturing activities by using the work measurement technique. Process/method optimization of various operation processes using optimum resources like machine, space, labor, energy etc. Have good command of MS Office and can make reports in Word, Excel, and PPT format Computer proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), if you have MOST, Auto CAD -2D, 3D, then it is an additional advantage Behavioral & Functional Competency: Behavioral shall be optimistic, trusting, and have the determination to bring the good change. Good verbal and written communication skills Have knowledge to read & understand manufacturing design & drawing. Know manufacturing techniques of power transformers, national & international standards related to power transformers.
