Configuring and troubleshooting a variety of network elements, such as routers, switches, and multiplexers in the Verizon POP. Working with PTT to test and implement backbone circuits. Isolating and resolving customer networks that connect to the Verizon POP. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure prompt circuit restoration of customer circuits as well as backbones. Testing WAN circuits during the delivery phase to guarantee seamless performance. Partnering with internal and external service delivery teams during circuit implementation and activation of customer circuits. Managing and configuring OTN networks between POP sites. What were looking for... Youll Need To Have Bachelors degree and two or more years of relevant work experience.
