As a Data Governance Specialist at Beinex in India/Dubai, your role will involve implementing data governance solutions using the right set of data management concepts, approaches, and tools. You will work with the enterprise to define and articulate the data management strategic vision and translate it into implementable tactical steps. Your responsibilities will include designing operating models of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management in Data Lake environments, conducting data management maturity assessments, documenting requirements, and reviewing specifications changes. Additionally, you will be involved in designing critical data elements, policies, processes, glossary, data sets, and data quality rules using Axon and developing data quality applications using Informatica Data Quality. You will collaborate with business owners to establish quality assurance processes and work closely with stakeholders on solution ideation, design, and implementation for customer data governance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Implement data governance solutions with the right set of data management concepts, approaches, and tools - Define and articulate the data management strategic vision for the enterprise - Design operating models of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management in Data Lake environments - Conduct data management maturity assessments and identify areas for improvement - Document requirements, service requests, enhancements, and operational activities - Design critical data elements, policies, processes, glossary, data sets, and data quality rules using Axon - Develop data quality applications using Informatica Data Quality - Assist business owners in establishing quality assurance processes - Collaborate with stakeholders on solution ideation, design, and implementation for customer data governance requirements Key Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience with Data Quality and Data Integration projects - Expert-level skills in Informatica Axon DG implementation - Knowledge of IDQ Integration with other Informatica Products (PowerCenter, Axon, EDC) - In-depth knowledge of data governance and data management concepts, approaches, tools - Hands-on experience in data integration using Informatica PowerCenter and BDM tools - Expertise in writing SQL queries and database management - Proven experience in managing projects from inception to production rollout and support - Strong client-facing negotiation, communication, issue resolution, and analytical skills - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field At Beinex, you can enjoy comprehensive health plans, learning and development opportunities, workation and outdoor training, a hybrid working environment, and on-site travel opportunities.
