The ideal candidate should possess functional process knowledge in Finance and Controlling and be able to conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analysis to align IT solutions with business initiatives. You will be responsible for prioritizing requests, planning, and scheduling IT resources in coordination with the IT Delivery group. With minimal supervision, you will define system scope and objectives, develop or modify information systems, and prepare detailed specifications for program development. Your role will involve working on various phases of application system analysis and design activities, including preparing charts and diagrams to support problem-solving and design solutions. You should have the capability to mine and analyze business transactional data to identify and quantify business or systems issues. Additionally, you will act as a project manager for small to medium projects, requiring prior experience working with US-based business counterparts and conducting remote business requirements sessions. As a preferred candidate, you should demonstrate a strong fundamental knowledge of Finance and Accounting, with SAP R/3 configuration skills in the process area of Finance and Controlling (> 7 years). An understanding of the System Development Lifecycle and Change Control process is essential, along with excellent written and oral communication skills, project management experience, and familiarity with EBS processing and DMEE structure. Knowledge of IDOC functionality is desirable, and a commitment to working within a structured SDLC process and maintaining strict compliance is a must. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills are also required for this role.,
