Identity Security Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Championing Identity across Tide by integrating new applications with Okta and creating Just-in-Time access rules - Collaborating closely with business and technology teams to define and implement modern access controls and patterns - Ensuring the Identity estate adheres to best practices, including deploying phishing-resistant MFA and adopting innovative access technologies - Automating manual processes to streamline identity management workflows Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise with modern Identity Providers like Okta or similar platforms - Deep understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OIDC - Hands-on experience with writing Terraform and scripting for automation - Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team - Excellent spoken and written communication skills Additional Company Details: Tide is available for UK, Indian, German, and French SMEs with over 1.6 million members globally.
