As an Inside Sales Manager at UpTaught, you will be responsible for engaging with professionals over calls to provide them with information about our courses. Your role will involve utilizing cold calling and negotiation skills to convert leads generated from various marketing channels. In addition, you will be tasked with creating short-term and long-term sales plans, approaches, and strategies to drive business growth. A key aspect of your job will be to follow up on leads, conduct research to identify potential prospects, and leverage existing customer references to expand the sales pipeline. Your success in this role will be supported by your ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs, a genuine interest in mentoring and guiding students, and exceptional communication skills across various mediums such as written, oral, email, telephone, and presentations. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor's degree, have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, and demonstrate a proven track record in inside sales. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work in either a day shift or night shift as per the organizational requirements.
