You should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Chemical field, specifically in plant operation. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing QA/QC processes by creating and maintaining quality control plans, procedures, and documentation. Preparing vendor questionnaires. Conducting inspections and tests on products, materials, or services at different stages of production or development. Analyzing data, identifying deviations, and documenting any non-conformances or defects found during tests. Collaborating with various teams such as production, engineering, or other relevant departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. Documenting and reporting quality control activities, generating reports, and communicating findings to stakeholders. Identifying areas for improvement in quality processes and implementing changes to enhance product or service quality.
