Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Commissioning of HVAC equipment's VRF,VENTILATION FANS, AIR PURIFIER,FIRE DAMPERS,DUCT LEAK TESTING,AIR BALANCING & WITNESSING TO PMC/CONSULTANT/CLIENT. Installation, Commissioning, Performance Test and Handing Over of HVAC Chiller Plant. Installation, Commissioning, Performance Test and Handing Over of Chilled water Pump. Installation, Commissioning, Performance Test and Handing Over of Condenser Pumps. Installation, Commissioning, Performance Test and Handing Over of Cooling Tower. Installation, Commissioning, Performance Test and Handing Over of Expansion Tank. Installation, Commissioning, Performance Test and Handing Over of ATCS. Installation, Commissioning, Performance Test and Handing Over of Chemical Dosing. Installation, Commissioning, Performance Test and Handing Over of Side Stream Filtration. Installation, Commissioning, Performance Test and Handing Over of Hot Water Generator. Installation, Commissioning and Handing Over of Chiller BMS System. MS, sheet metal and Structural fabrication work. Piping layout and P & I Diagram preparation by Auto CAD. Basic Knowledge of Heat Load and TR Calculation. Project Documentation works such as MIR, WIR, Safety Plan, Quality Plan, HIRA etc. Basic Knowledge of Pump Head Calculation. BOQ Preparation and Cost Estimation of the project. Billing and Project Scheduling and Handing-over of Project. Co-ordination for billing and collection revenue.
