Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure the consistent quality of our GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) products. The candidate must be familiar with applicable standards and have experience in testing finished GFRP products as well as raw materials like epoxy resin systems and glass fibers. Preferred candidate profile Inspect GFRP rebars, mesh, and bent elements during and after production. Conduct tests as per standards like ASTM, IRC:137-2022, and BIS. Perform quality checks on raw materials: epoxy resin (viscosity, pot life) and glass fibers (moisture, tensile strength). Maintain quality logs, batch reports, and test documentation. Identify defects, coordinate with production for corrective action. Support audits and third-party inspections when required. Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, Polymer, or Materials Engineering 2-4 years of experience in quality control (preferably in FRP/GFRP or composites industry) Hands-on experience with quality testing equipment and procedures Knowledge of epoxy and glass fiber properties is essential Good attention to detail and record-keeping
