Maintain code quality, organisation, and test coverage, promoting best practices and code review. Plus, conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to coding standards. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and development. Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend and backend technologies and trends, exploring their potential application to improve our products.
