We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and monitoring impactful training programs that enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques across teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop engaging training programs focused on product knowledge and sales strategies. Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) for internal teams and channel partners. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and reports. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure training content is relevant and up to date. Travel to various locations to deliver training and provide ongoing support. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in training, sales enablement, or a related role. Strong understanding of sales techniques and product positioning. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as per business requirements. Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
