What do we need? Set the strategy, design the calendar, create thumb-stopping content, and run the analytics loop. Scale our organic reach across platforms and translate leadership insights into platform-native narratives. What will you do? Strategy & Calendar Build channel-wise social strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube/Shorts, Facebook, Threads; plus WhatsApp/Telegram community) with a 90-day content roadmap. Define content pillars: product education, customer stories, use cases, industry trends, events, feature launches, UGC. Content Creation Write concise, high-impact copy (posts, carousels, captions, hooks, CTAs). Design on-brand graphics, carousels, infographics, and ad variations (Figma/Canva). Produce and edit vertical videos/Reels/Shorts (CapCut/Premiere/Descript), motion snippets, and simple animations. Publishing & Community Maintain a disciplined posting cadence; schedule via a social tool. Engage actively: comments, DMs, reposts, partner tags, relevant communities/hashtags. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success for story sourcing. Analytics & Growth Track reach, engagement, saves/shares, follower growth, profile visits, link clicks, watch time, and traffic to key pages. Run experiments (hooks, formats, thumbnails, posting times) and report insights weekly; double down on winners. Brand & Governance Uphold visual and tone consistency; maintain asset libraries and templates. Monitor social listening, competitor benchmarks, and industry trends. You have should have: 2–5 years relevant experience with portfolio/links to brand handles you’ve led. Strong writing samples + before/after metrics or case studies. Proven ownership of brand social handles with measurable organic growth. Strong copywriting and storytelling for B2B audiences. Graphic design skills (Figma/Canva): layout, hierarchy, typography. Video editing proficiency for short-form content (Reels/Shorts): cuts, subtitles, transitions, basic motion. Platform-native know-how: LinkedIn for B2B, Instagram for visual storytelling, YouTube for long/short form, X for POVs and real-time. Comfort with analytics and experimentation; working knowledge of UTMs. Tools you may use (or similar): Figma/Canva, CapCut/Premiere/Descript, Google Workspace, Hootsuite/Buffer/Later, Notion, Bitly/UTMs, basic GA/Mixpanel link tracking.
