Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Java Eclipse Plug-in Developer to work on advanced Eclipse IDE platform projects for a reputed technology client. This role demands strong Java programming expertise and hands-on Eclipse IDE development experience (not just usage). The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Eclipse RCP, plug-in architecture, and UI frameworks like JFace and SWT. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom Eclipse plug-ins Work with Eclipse RCP, JFace, and SWT for UI and platform development Manage builds using Maven and integrate plug-ins with Eclipse-based tools Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features Debug and resolve issues in plug-in development Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelors or Master’s in CS/IT or related fields Strong programming knowledge in Core Java Hands-on experience in Eclipse IDE Development (not just usage) Proficiency in Eclipse RCP , JFace , and SWT Familiarity with Maven build tool Prior experience in creating Eclipse plug-ins is mandatory
