Information Security Analyst Position Overview Job Title: Information Security Analyst Corporate Title: Senior Analyst Location: Bangalore, India Role Description This Role is part of the Identity and Access management & governance team within Deutsche India Pvt.Ltd. Identity and Access management services for the Global applications, This Role will be responsible for performing the governance for various projects within Identity and Access Management. The primary function of the role is to govern the activities and processes based on the Information security Policies defined by the bank which ensures accurate, timely and quality delivery of services provided within a risk free and controlled environment. In addition, this role also requires Creation, review and sign off of Standard Operations Procedures (SOPKOP) for application, training and Liaising with Business for any escalation or process improvements. Process improvements is an integral part of this profile, and it plays a pivotal part of the IDAM operations. This role also requires adherence to Audit findings and closure in time. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. Ensure quality of services at all levels of operations alongside maintaining the standards. Ensure quality of processing is maintained as per the SLA. Must be aware of IT Security standards and policies and use that knowledge to identify associated risks in the process. Promote an environment of highest level of staff motivation. Supporting, attending and following-up of the respective team meetings. Gaps identified in the process - lead process change /simplify/automate / implement (end to end ownership for closure with process manager). Adherence to audit processes - 100% adherence to audit processes as defined / updated. Escalate all issues in time, to the appropriate levels, to avoid any adverse impact on the business. Ensure teamwork culture is practiced. Cross train available resources to ensure 100% backup within the process. Ensure healthy and harmonious relationship with global colleagues. Assisting the team in decision making and taking complete ownership of the situation. Generating reports in order to obtain periodic information on the inquiries received. Ability to train new recruits - provide them knowledge of the process. KOPSOP creation, review and sign off and training. Your skills and experience Ideally the candidate should have a minimum of 4 year of ID Admin experience with a total of 4-6 years of overall experience. Good knowledge of ID Administration. Good knowledge of the Governance & Compliance. Good communication skills Knowledge in audit will be an added advantage. Strong and proven leadership qualities. Exposure to Information security concepts and policies Strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail. Ability to work in a diverse and fast paced environment. Analytical mindset. Willingness to Work in 24/7 environment. The person must be flexible, keen to learn and should have the capability of leading and motivating a team for optimum and error free production. Risk awareness and Initiative are crucial. Should be a self-starter and initiate process improvement wherever necessary. Graduate with good academic records. As a Business Systems Operations Analyst at our organization, you will collaborate with stakeholders, including internal clients, operations, and IT teams, to understand and document business requirements for transaction processing systems. You will play a crucial role in analyzing current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in transaction processing. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the integrity and accuracy of transaction data, implementing process improvements, and participating in the implementation of new systems or system upgrades. You will provide IT help desk level support to end-users, address system-related issues and queries, and ensure that transaction processing systems and practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Additionally, you will prepare detailed documentation, generate reports and analytics, and provide after-hours and weekend support for testing and disaster recovery exercises. In this role, you will support system maintenance, enhancements research and implementation, fund and ID administration, data analysis and mining, product support, and issue research. You will act as a system administrator for vendor and ABIS applications, design and implement new process workflows, and collaborate with internal development teams to create, test, and implement system enhancements.
