ICU Trained doctors

Job Description:

Rangadore Memorial Hospital is looking for qualified and committed ICU-trained doctors to join our critical care team. The role involves managing critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setting under the guidance of senior intensivists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initial Stabilization & Triage: Rapid assessment and stabilization of patients upon ICU admission.
• Clinical Monitoring: Continuous observation of vital parameters and timely escalation of concerns.
• Critical Interventions: Perform essential ICU procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and management of ventilated patients.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with intensivists and other departments to deliver coordinated care.
• Emergency Management: Participate actively in Code Blue, CPR, and emergency response within the hospital.
• Medication Management: Administer and titrate ICU drugs including vasopressors, sedatives, and antibiotics.
• Documentation & Handover: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth communication during shift transitions.
• Family Communication: Support families with regular condition updates and clarity on treatment plans.
• Protocol Adherence: Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices, and contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement.

Requirements:

• MBBS with MD/DNB Anaesthesia
• Strong clinical acumen in critical care settings
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
