Patient care will be a key aspect of your role, involving educating patients on dialysis procedures and offering guidance on post-treatment care. Providing emotional support to patients and their families throughout the dialysis process will also be essential. Ward duties will require you to assist nursing staff in monitoring vital signs, preparing patient beds, and offering hygiene support. Maintaining accurate records of patient treatments and assisting with administrative tasks will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also be expected to support activities in the ICU and OPD. This will involve helping with patient monitoring and basic care tasks in the ICU and assisting in patient preparation, supporting doctors, and ensuring smooth patient flow in the OPD. The job will entail rotational shifts based on hospital needs, including flexibility for additional hours such as night shifts or on-call duties in the ICU and OPD. A competitive salary, including overtime for extra hours worked, will be provided based on qualifications and experience.
