Job Description: Proelio Technologies(Mango Health) is offering comprehensive support functions to PathWell Health in the United States (www.pathwellhealth.com). Our dedicated teams, including HR, Intake, QA, RCM, IT Support, and FP&A, are actively working to assist PathWell Health in their operations across Connecticut, Virginia, West Virginia, and California. You are invited to join Mango Health as a Staff Nurse (ICU Experienced) in Chandigarh. We are seeking dedicated and skilled ICU Nurses with 3-4 years of ICU experience to provide high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities: - Provide critical care nursing in a home healthcare environment. - Monitor and manage patients with complex medical conditions, including ventilator care, tracheostomy care, and post-surgical recovery. - Administer medications, IV fluids, and other necessary treatments as per physician orders. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. - Educate and support family members on patient care. - Work in 12 to 24-hour shifts, ensuring continuous and compassionate care. Requirements: - B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with a valid nursing license. - 3-4 years of ICU experience is mandatory. - Willingness to work in a home healthcare setting. - Ability to work long shifts (12-24 hours) as required. - Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and compassionate care approach.
