Job Description

We require ICU Registrars to manage critical care patients, perform advanced procedures, and oversee ICU teams. The role demands strong clinical judgment and experience in intensive care management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, admit, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
Perform detailed clinical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests.
Initiate and monitor treatment plans in consultation with ICU consultants.
Provide advanced life support and emergency interventions as required.
Liaise with other medical and surgical teams for coordinated patient care.
Supervise and guide residents, interns, and nursing staff in patient management.
Participate in ICU ward rounds, case discussions, and handover meetings.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
Assist in invasive and non-invasive procedures (e.g., intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement).
Monitor infection control practices and patient safety protocols.
Engage in clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives where applicable.
