Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and compassionate ICU Male Staff who can assist in managing critical patients, monitor vital signs, and support doctors and intensivists in day-to-day ICU operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 patient care in the Intensive Care Unit under supervision of senior doctors.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, medication schedules, and treatment responses.
• Assist in emergency procedures, ventilator management, and patient handling.
• Maintain hygiene, infection control, and safety standards in the ICU.
• Prepare and manage medical equipment like infusion pumps, suction machines, and monitors.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting of all patient care activities.
• Offer emotional and physical support to patients and their families.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Critical Care or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in an ICU setup (Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may apply).
• Basic knowledge of ICU procedures, patient monitoring, and emergency care.
• Excellent teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night duties.
