Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising the ICU nursing staff.
• Ensuring adherence to the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Managing the daily operations of the ICU and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentoring and training junior staff members.
• Overseeing the implementation of hospital policies and protocols in the ICU.
• Duty Rota of staff
• Coordination with consultants
• Lead as an Infection Control Nurse
• Follow NABH standards

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification:- GNM / BSc Nursing

Experience:- 5+ Years ICU experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
