Experience in an ICU environment is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated proficiency in medication administration techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing prescriptions and patient records.
