Prescription and Diagnosis : Accurately prescribe corrective lenses and diagnose common eye conditions, providing tailored recommendations for treatment or further medical attention if needed. Patient Education : Educate patients on eye health, the importance of regular eye exams, and proper care for their eyewear and contact lenses. Eyewear Recommendations : Based on the patient's needs and preferences, recommend suitable eyewear, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses, ensuring the best fit, style, and visual correction. Sales & Product Knowledge : Utilize in-depth knowledge of our range of eyewear products, including 70+ international brands, to guide patients in selecting frames and lenses that meet their aesthetic and functional needs. Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey, from eye examination to the selection of eyewear, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience. Inventory Management : Assist in managing inventory levels for frames, lenses, and contact lenses, ensuring popular items are always in stock and available for customers.
