Shift: 12-Hour Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate ICU Doctors with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our multidisciplinary team at a leading multi-specialty hospital in Arakonam, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality critical care services to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, working collaboratively with a team of specialists, nurses, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous medical care and management to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor, assess, and treat patients with life-threatening conditions.
• Collaborate with consultants and specialists across disciplines for coordinated care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates of patient records.
• Participate in ICU rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies in the ICU and other hospital areas as needed.
• Supervise and support junior doctors and nursing staff in critical care management.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and ICU best practices for patient safety and infection control.

Requirements:

• MBBS with relevant postgraduate qualification (MD/DNB/DA in Anesthesiology, General Medicine, Pulmonology, or Critical Care preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU/critical care settings.
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts.
