P Job Title : ICT Specialist (System Development and System Operation) Location : Vijayawada Experience : 510 Years (preferable) Qualification : Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field Industry : Government / Infrastructure / Smart City Projects Functional Area : System Architecture, ICT Platform Development, Data Integration Job Description We are seeking an experienced ICT Specialist to support the design, development, and operation of a cutting-edge ICT platform for procurement and contract management, environmental and social monitoring, and asset management. This role will play a pivotal part in enabling real-time reporting, decision-making, and data integration across multiple stakeholders within infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities- Assist experts in designing ICT platform architecture tailored to the needs of procurement, contract management, environmental and social monitoring, and asset management. Provide technical handholding during platform development and system integration, ensuring real-time data collection from diverse sources including on-site reporting tools and contractor systems. Ensure development and integration of a comprehensive dashboard with modules for: Progress tracking Budget monitoring Resource allocation Issue and risk reporting Oversee and review platform architecture to ensure scalability, security, and reliability . Monitor development processes for adherence to designed system architecture and functional specifications. Work in close collaboration with stakeholders such as project managers, engineers, and contractors to define KPIs and establish reliable data sources. Support operational excellence and continuous improvement of the ICT system infrastructure. Key Skills- ICT Platform Design and Implementation Systems Integration Dashboard & Analytics Development Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred) Cybersecurity Fundamentals Project Collaboration Tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) API Development and Management Strong Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Skills Preferred Qualifications- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field. Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure, urban development, or public sector ICT systems preferred.
