Lead and coach personnel within own team. Mentor and develop team members for optimal performance and identification and development of succession plan Balance workload among team members to grant efficiency and effectiveness Ensure quality and timely handling of quotations, orders, recording of claims and other related documents. Implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary. Monitor and report business performance via KPIs and targets (performance and behavioural) in assigned team(s).
