Role & Responsibilities: ICP Research and Analysis: Gain an in-depth understanding of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for the business, including key characteristics such as company size, industry, pain points, and buyer personas. Continuously assess and refine the ICP based on feedback from sales and marketing teams. Data Sourcing and Enrichment: Proactively search for new sources of data to find and qualify new accounts. Use tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others to uncover high-potential prospects. Enrich account information to ensure alignment with the ICP and enhance data quality. Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Identify and build lists of targeted accounts based on ICP criteria, prioritizing leads based on fit and potential. CRM Management and Data Entry: Input all new leads and account data into HubSpot with accurate, consistent tagging. Ensure that all relevant fields are populated to facilitate lead tracking, reporting, and segmentation. Cold Outreach Execution: Follow the companys SOP for cold outreach, ensuring that messaging is personalized and adheres to templates and guidelines. Send initial outreach emails and initiate social media connections to engage prospects and move them into deeper sales conversations. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads. Provide detailed information on account profiles and lead status. Incorporate feedback from the sales team to refine ICP and outreach strategies. Performance Reporting: Track and report on lead generation and outreach activities. Provide insights into lead quality, engagement rates, and conversion opportunities. Regularly update team members and managers on progress toward lead generation goals. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about new lead generation tools, industry trends, and best practices. Propose process improvements and take initiative to optimize lead generation efforts. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in lead development, sales, or marketing roles. Proven expertise in lead generation, data enrichment, and CRM management (preferably HubSpot). Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other lead sourcing platforms. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and ICP development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive results
