We handle everything from conceptualization and sourcing to custom branding and delivery, ensuring a seamless and memorable gifting experience for our clients. As we gear up for the upcoming festive season, we are looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to join our team and help us build our foundational HR processes from the ground up . The Role: As our HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and supporting our growth. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain invaluable experience working directly with the founder and being part of a team that is passionate about building a great brand. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for various roles. Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits and managing necessary documentation. Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documents, and support general administrative tasks. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and documentation of HR policies and procedures. What We Are Looking For: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
