You will be responsible for performing data entry and updating in the System and generating KPI reports, consolidating information for indicator control and decision making by Management. You will monitor Port operations (loading scheduling, storage expiration, container return), taking proactive action in problem-solving, as well as supporting the Import team regarding international transportation, by monitoring booking request from supplier X effective shipment (FOB) / collection (EXW). You will also support the Shipping and Branches area in the entire logistic flow (outbound). You will support the Scheduling team in monitoring the collection and delivery operation (inbound). You will act as the interface between the company and the Insurance company, providing support to DALG in receiving damaged materials and monitoring the issuance of protest letters and reimbursement. You will request quotations for registering freight costs for new cities in the JSPV System. You will support Management in the bidding processes, analyzing scenarios, compiling data, and contributing to decision-making. You will control and monitor the evaluation of transport suppliers, monitoring the results and proposing actions for minor improvements. You will monitor and control Freight discrepancies between negotiated rates and transport documents, as well as discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs per project. You will perform routine activities following instructions or operational procedures under supervision. You will assist in processes related to your area of expertise. Requirements: - Completion of High School. - Intermediate knowledge of Excel. - Knowledge of the logistic process, including its stages and safety precautions. - Knowledge of ICMS/IPI/ISS. - Knowledge in the use of SAP System. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Tools.
