Job Title: Front Desk / Counter Sales Executive Experience: 1-3 years Industry: Logistics / Courier / Transportation Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Front Desk/Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, assist walk-in customers, handle shipment processes, and ensure seamless day-to-day reporting and communication. Key Responsibilities: Handle EDP (Electronic Data Processing) entries and ensure shipments are connected as per SOP guidelines . Generate receipts for all franchise bookings and maintain accurate transaction records. Attend to walk-in customers with professionalism and offer appropriate booking support. Maintain and update Daily Sales Report (DSR) and share reports on a daily basis . Address customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp , especially related to rate tariff queries and booking details. Resolve all kinds of customer doubts and concerns related to booking, pricing, and service processes. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth front desk and shipment operations. Requirements: Proven experience in a front desk, customer service, or counter sales role (preferably in logistics/courier industry). Good knowledge of shipment processes and rate tariffs. Familiarity with EDP systems and daily reporting tools. Proficient in using email, WhatsApp, and other basic communication tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle customer queries effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Internet). Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Regional Language.
