The successful candidate will be responsible for serving and assisting international patients at different hospitals/hotels and coordinating with Hospitals/Surgeons. Key Responsibilities: Help international patients and their families in availing medical treatment/surgery at our partner hospitals Ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and attention. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end patient journey in India, from their arrival in India, medical treatment, post-treatment follow-up and return travel to their home country. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors and partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to cross-sell and expand service offerings. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of patient coordinators, and support staff. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for the team. Ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient resource allocation.
