The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our agricultural products and solutions to farmers, distributors, and other clients. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, engaging with existing clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be tasked with maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities, and providing feedback to the management team to help refine marketing strategies and product offerings. Qualifications Sales skills, including lead generation and closing deals Customer relationship management and communication skills Knowledge of agricultural products, crops, and farming practices Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical details Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
