Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to end-to-end Icertis implementation projects. Perform system configurations, including setting up Foundation Objects, workflows, templates, and security roles. Manage administration of the Icertis platform, ensuring system integrity and performance. Drive the migration of existing CLM systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Apttus) to Icertis, including data mapping, validation, and deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations. Support integration activities with other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce). Provide hands-on support in resolving technical issues and optimizing the system. Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring best practices in configuration and deployment. Coordinate with vendor or client-side teams as required. Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of overall experience in IT or enterprise applications. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Management (ICM). Strong understanding of CLM processes and contract data management. Proficient in configuring Foundation Objects, workflows, clauses, approval rules, and templates. Experience with CLM tool migration especially from platforms like SAP Ariba or Apttus to Icertis. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team leadership or mentoring experience. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience integrating Icertis with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce). Familiarity with Icertis APIs and custom report development. Exposure to DevOps and deployment tools within a SaaS environment. Understanding of clause libraries, document types, and legal review workflows. Icertis certification or equivalent CLM certifications.,
