Digital Marketing Specialist (Full-Time or Part-Time) About us We are a consultant focused on B2B brands, with primary customer base in UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, etc. Our marketing efforts are designed to build authority, generate leads, and drive visibility by targeting decision-makers in compliance, procurement, and operations with educational content about certification tips, success stories, and industry trends. Role Summary We are seeking a highly creative and performance-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our comprehensive digital strategy. This role requires expert-level competence in visual content creation, paid advertising (Meta and Google Ads), and lead generation . The Executive will be responsible for enhancing our limited social presence and low search visibility, helping us meet specific business growth targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Creative Content & Social Media Management The candidate must be really good in creatives and deliver high-end design with creative storytelling. Social Strategy & Execution: Manage and monitor social presence across platforms including Instagram and Facebook (Meta) . Creative Production: Design and produce visually compelling, brand-focused aesthetics for social channels. This includes managing the delivery of specific formats such as Static Posts, Carousel posts, and Edited Stock Videos . Engagement & Community: Drive engagement by developing interactive content like Polls & interactive posts , responding to comments, and sharing testimonials and client spotlight stories. Visual Storytelling: Create and share visual content, including infographics, FAQs, and explainer visuals related to our business and industry-specific topics. 2. Paid Campaign Management & Lead Generation A core focus of this role is to generate qualified leads , addressing the need for structured tracking and retargeting setup. Ad Strategy & Execution: Handle the full scope of paid campaign management for both Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and Google Ads . This involves developing ad strategy, copywriting, creative design, and campaign management. Targeting & Retargeting: Execute focused campaigns targeting decision-makers in compliance, procurement & operations. Experience setting up tracking tools like the Meta Pixel for retargeting is essential. Performance Optimization: Actively optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, addressing past results where Google Ads generated "Low-quality leads (mostly training enquiries)". Budget Management: Manage daily ad budgets. Campaign types will include Reach, Lead Generation, and Retargeting . 3. Content, SEO, and Local Optimization Content Production: Manage content creation and sharing, focusing on relevant content, industry trends, and real client success stories. AI Utilization: Utilize AI tools (as per your request) to draft and refine blogs and other content types, ensuring high quality and relevance. Local SEO: Execute Google My Business (GMB) optimization across UAE, Bahrain, and the wider GCC region, including managing monthly updates and handling reviews with relevant keywords. Web Presence: Support SEO activities, including ensuring content is keyword-optimized. 4. Reporting & Analytics Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics, including campaign performance, website speed experience, and lead quality . Continuous Improvement: Use a data-driven approach to suggest adjustments to strategies based on real-world results and competitor strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing compelling Instagram and Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns and organic posts. Strong portfolio showing experience in creatives (static, carousel, and video content) and high-end design. Experience in generating B2B leads . Familiarity with tracking setups such as Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag. Experience with Google My Business (GMB) optimization . Ability to work collaboratively, deliver quick turnarounds, and align marketing efforts with growth targets. Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Experience: Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)
