As a Manager of Operations for Custom Clearance in Import and Export Shipments, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process from pre-arrival clearance to released customs. Your primary duties will include monitoring import and export shipments, coordinating with consignees regarding customs clearance requirements, providing daily updates on clearance status, and ensuring entries are compliant with customs regulations. Your role will involve managing customs clearance procedures efficiently to achieve the fastest transit time possible, maximizing pre-clearance opportunities, and liaising with Customs, Air, and Sea Cargo Authorities. Additionally, you will be responsible for timely billing and collections, maintaining good knowledge of ICEGATE Systems, and coordinating with clients through email or phone calls. To excel in this position, you should possess sound knowledge of air and sea cargo customs clearance, experience in CHA operations and the international freight environment, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages, advanced PC skills including MS Office, GMAIL, Google Sheets, and excellent data entry skills are essential. Being a team player with a 90% accuracy rate and the ability to reliably commute to Noida, Sector 8 in Uttar Pradesh is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
