Ice Cream Shop Manager

Ice Cream Scooper Duties and Responsibilities ·       Responsible for opening and/or closing the store ·       Manages the store appearance ·       Make all needed fresh baked waffle cones to the scoop lines ·       Greet shop customers ·       Ensures product and paper goods are fully stocked, responsible for inventory levels ·       Billing ·       Provide samples ·       Scoop ice cream and toppings to fill customer orders ·       Assist on the register ·       Restock ice cream flavors in display tubs ·       Restock bowls, cones, and toppings behind the counter ·       Restock napkins and spoons for customers ·       Wipe down surfaces in between customers ·       Assist with other tasks as needed ·       Marketing ·       Consistently controls food and labour cost Ice Cream Scooper Requirements and Qualifications ·       High school Pass out Min 12th std ·       Must be at least 21 years old ·       Currently working in ice-cream Parlor ·       Ability to stand for extended periods of time ·       Prior cashier experience a plus ·       Customer service skills ·       Joining bonus if worked for Naturals, Baskin and robins or other Reputed ice-cream parlor
