Role: IBS Planning and Designing Experience: 5 years and above Location: Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Coimbatore Job Description: IBS design using iBwave tool: - Prepare prediction models in iBwave. - Calculate link budget, SC6. - DAS test plan for proposed IBS. Understanding walk test measurement and existing network performance to determine IBS requirement and suggest possible solutions. Able to Design and configure, commissioning and Optimization of active DAS solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing network infrastructure. Conduct Acceptance testing and validation of active DAS installations. Develop and implement strategies, maintaining detailed documentation for capacity planning and load balancing in active DAS systems. Able to Conduct/review Site surveys and feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed In-building solutions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the Design and Implementation process. Optimize existing IBS for better user experience. Analysis of customer complaints and solving the issue proactively. Experience in various RF testing like CW testing, PIM testing, external interference analysis, etc. To support New Site Build (NSB) rollout related actives Telecom knowledge of UMTS/LTE/5G. Lead - Radio Planning Having good experience in IBS and different type of IBS solution like Passive solution, Active Solution and Hybrid solution. Having knowledge of IBS Passive material Like Splitter, coupler, combiner, feeder cable, Omni Antenna, Panel antenna, Multi band GSM antenna. Having good knowledge of Active solution and active material like Master unit, POI, Remote unit etc. Having experience for vendor management, coordination with different team IBS requirement and performance. Having experience for making the different BOQ, validation of BOQ and technical design. Providing the solution like Metro, Tunnel, Airport, Railway station, underground highway etc. Create In-Building DAS System Designs Using IB-Wave design software with respect of IBS coverage, Quality & capacity. Knowledge of Radio Parameter RSRP,RSRQ, SINR, CQI,PCI, handover parameter etc. Having understanding of 5G SA and NSA system. Sound knowledge of 4G & 5G Macro and Small Cells for Ericsson, Nokia & Samsung family of different band Like 900,1800,2100,2600 & 3600. Monitoring the IBS performance, tracking the different project, coordination of team like TX planning, deployment, digitalization, legal, Commercial etc. Providing the customize solution in dense indoor area.

A minimum of 5 years professional experience in the wireless industry as a RF DAS Design engineer and experienced in 5G/LTE/LTEU/ WCDMA/ CBRS technologies Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical engineering. Experience designing and commissioning of multi-sector, neutral host DAS using most major DAS OEMs such as Corning, CommScope, SOLiD, ADRF, JMA/TEKO (Certification is a plus) Deep Knowledge of active and passive DAS components (e.g. remote units, DAS OEM models, coaxial and fiber cable, antennas, splitters). Experience with DAS design, commissioning, CW measurement, optimization, and troubleshooting. Knowledge at completing commissioning tasks, Sweep, PIM , and Fiber testing. CW measurements. Experience with Link Budgets for multiple technologies/frequencies, calculating noise figures, and calculating intermodulation products. Experience with iBwave software (certification is a plus). Must have recent experience with DAS Design and RF Testing Extensive knowledge about the RF Walk Testing and Optimization of inbuilding DAS solutions . Successful candidate will coordinate walk test data collection and Optimization. Design/ Optimize iDAS, oDAS, small cell solutions with iBwave. Participate in solution iBwave designs and proposals as needed. Use a variety of measures to confirm system designs including test equipment, power density and power meter, spectrum analyzer, and pilot scanner RF testing, reporting, and troubleshooting. Conduct field work and measurements. Operate test equipment and run post-processing software. Mentor/Train/Manage technicians and junior engineers for field work and measurements. Perform ongoing system testing, test analysis, troubleshooting, test reports. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills. Being a team player in the truest sense, with an ability to work with partners across different time zones. A work ethic to drive projects and tasks to finish on time, overcoming any obstacles along the way. Solid skills with Microsoft Office Software (particularly Excel, Power point). In addition, qualified Candidates with have the ability to: Deliver customer service, use great communication skills, and demonstrate ability to work well on a team.
