As a Planning Manager for O9 Implementation at RHI Magnesita, your role will involve developing and executing production plans to optimize efficiency, meet customer demand, and ensure effective resource utilization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining master production schedules (MPS) based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets. - Ensuring Master Data Correctness and Validation periodically. - Playing an active role in driving digitization initiatives using advanced production planning tools like O9, and implementing Supply Planning & Production to drive supply chain optimization and scenario planning. - Monitoring production performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and service levels. - Analyzing demand-supply trends and collaborating with sales, finance, and supply planning teams to ensure alignment. - Managing production planning KPIs, including on-time delivery, capacity utilization, and inventory turnover. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics and planning tools. - Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within planning systems, including ERP and O9 Solutions. - Supporting new product introductions by aligning production schedules with launch timelines. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. - 8 to 10+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Operations, or Manufacturing Operations. - Strong proficiency in advanced production planning tools such as O9 Solutions, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or similar platforms. - Good understanding of MRP, Capacity Planning, and running the S&OP / IBP processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization and reporting. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams. - Experience in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. - At least 3-5 years of experience in Factory Operations or Manufacturing Operations.
