As an SAP IBP Production Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the stability, performance, and optimal operation of the IBP system. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Essential qualifications also include a strong understanding of IBP modules, knowledge of key figures, planning areas, and attributes, experience with IBP data integration, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable qualifications include SAP IBP certification, experience with SAP Cloud Platform, knowledge of ITIL processes, and experience with Agile methodologies.
