The Sr Cognitive Developer/Engineer will develop a conversation service that combines machine learning, natural language understanding, and integrated dialog scripting tools to provide outstanding customer engagements across multiple channels. This includes but is not limited to monitoring interactions in the application to identify underperforming content and developing solutions that will improve and enhance the performance of the voice and messaging interactions. The Sr Cognitive Developer/Engineer will develop reporting that will be utilized to drive solutions that align with company goals and initiatives. What makes you a dream candidate? 3 to 4 years of Watson experience and some other Ai experience. Who has designed, developed, and implemented AI solutions using Ibm Watson. Incl Watson assistant, discovery, understanding of nlu models, speech-to-text. Integration exp - at least with Sr con. Need exp with integrating APIs with other enterprise applications. Language requirement - Python, node JS, java. good communication skills.
