Introduction

Will work on various tools like:-
  • Salesforce CSP : It is a cognitive tool used by IBM to harmonize and consolidate the support experience by moving to customers that could deliver a consistent, high-quality journey across every channel.
  • PuTTY : It is a free and open-source terminal emulator, serial console and network file transfer application. It supports several network protocols, including SCP, SSH, Telnet, rlogin, and raw socket connection..
  • Enhanced Customer Data Repository (ECuRep) : It is a secure and fully supported data repository with problem determination tools and functions. It updates IBM Support cases and maintains full data lifecycle management. This server-based solution is used to exchange data between IBM customers and IBM Technical Support.
  • Bluediamond : It is a upload server using which customer registers and send diagnostic data to investigate for their system issues.
  • Drupal Publisher : It is a content management software, used to make many technotes and documents o the customers. Drupal has great standard features, like easy content authoring, reliable performance, and excellent security.
  • Dumpdecoder: This is the diagnostics tool for problem determination in IBM Flash / Storwize products.
  • Will have a brief training on IBM Storage product , which enables to perform troubleshooting on IBM storage products, especially on Storwize / IBM Flash Storage
  • Will complete SEED (skills Essential Employee Development) level 1 education ( Seed explorer education)
