Job Title: IBM Case Manager & BAW Administrator Experience: 5+ Years (4+ Years Relevant Experience) Location: PAN India (Hybrid/Remote options as per project requirement) Job Summary We are seeking experienced IBM Case Manager and BAW Administrators with a strong understanding of IBM's automation platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting IBM Case Manager and BAW environments. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain IBM Case Manager and IBM BAW environments. Administer and support Case Manager applications, including deployment, patching, and upgrades. Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and secure deployments. Troubleshoot technical issues related to workflow, case processing, and system integrations. Maintain documentation for system architecture, configurations, and procedures. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols. Work with business stakeholders to support process automation requirements. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience , with 4+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Case Manager and IBM BAW administration . Strong expertise in IBM BPM/BAW , FileNet , and Case Foundation . Experience in scripting and automation for deployment and monitoring (e.g., Shell, Python). Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server, LDAP, and database integrations. Good understanding of enterprise content management (ECM) principles. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: IBM Certified Administrator credentials (Case Manager/BAW). Experience in cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud). Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
