Job description We are seeking a passionate and experienced DP Chemistry Facilitator to join our IB school. The facilitator will be responsible for delivering the IB Diploma Programme (DP) Chemistry curriculum, fostering inquiry-based learning, and preparing students for assessments. The role includes lesson planning, conducting practical experiments, guiding students in Internal Assessments (IA) , and integrating IB philosophies into teaching. Key Responsibilities: Teach IB DP Chemistry following the IB curriculum framework . Develop engaging, student-centered lessons and practical experiments. Guide students in research, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry. Support students in their IA and Extended Essays (EE) . Collaborate with faculty to enhance interdisciplinary learning. Stay updated with IB guidelines and assessment standards. Qualifications & Requirements: Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field. IB DP Chemistry teaching experience preferred. Strong understanding of IB philosophy, assessments, and IA guidance . Excellent communication and student engagement skills.
