Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new business leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and meet company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research to identify new business opportunities and client segments. Generate, qualify, and manage leads through calls, networking, and digital channels.Build and maintain strong client relationships across startups, SMEs, and enterprises. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.Collaborate with marketing to design and execute lead generation campaigns.Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline and performance using CRM tools. Support the sales team in negotiations and closing deals. Qualifications Strong presentation skills and experience in preparing and delivering presentations Proficiency in lead generation and market research Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
