Role & responsibilities Analysis of data received from the client and doing independent research about the client; Proposal do-ability assessment and accordingly inform the reporting authority about the do-ability; Preparation of a comprehensive financial model as per the extent guidelines (RBI, Banking norms, IBC etc., as the case may be); Preparation of Information Memorandum, proposal note; Coordinate with Lenders / client on a regular basis to sort out queries throughout the assignment; Liaison with Legal Advocates for Title Clearance, Technical Valuers for Technical Due Diligence & Valuation, Credit rating agencies and Auditors for Financial Due Diligence; Coordinating with the Client to comply with CP of the Sanction / term sheet and ensuring it to comply within desired timelines; Assisting the client for timely closure of transaction Preferred candidate profile CA/MBA in Finance/ICWA 2-3 years experience in Stress Assets Resolution related assignments in Advisory Firms, Borrowing Company or Lenders/ARCs Perks and benefits Excellent written and verbal communication Should be able to work on strict deadlines and pressure Ability to think out of the box and offer suggestions / solutions Hard working & dedicated with no working time restrictions
