We’re looking for a passionate Career Counsellor who can guide aspiring learners toward the right career path and help them choose programs that align with their goals. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and working professionals interested in IT training programs. Understand candidates’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and skill levels to suggest the most suitable course. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and maintain engagement through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Explain program details, curriculum, duration, fees, and career outcomes clearly and confidently. Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align communication and improve conversions. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM tools regularly. Achieve weekly and monthly counseling and enrollment targets. Stay updated with IT industry trends and in-demand technologies (e.g., Data Engineering, Cloud, AI, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields). Minimum 1 year of experience as a Career Counsellor, Education Advisor, or Academic Counselor —preferably in an IT training or EdTech environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and provide clear, informative responses. Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics. Basic understanding of IT technologies and career paths in the tech industry. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms. Preferred: Prior experience counseling for Data Engineering, Cloud, or Data Science programs. Knowledge of EdTech sales or student engagement processes. About the Role We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive who can handle both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities. This is a dual-role position with a 50% focus on recruitment and 50% on HR operations , suitable for someone who thrives in a dynamic IT environment and enjoys both people management and process ownership. Key Responsibilities Recruitment (50%) Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding). Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds. Maintain a talent database and ensure timely communication with candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning. Handle offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding. HR Generalist (50%) Manage employee lifecycle activities — onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit process. Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems. Support payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for monthly disbursement. Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with HR processes. Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance review coordination. Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality. Prepare HR reports and assist management in decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR (recruitment + generalist).
